He is a former army member, DJ’s neighbor from across the street, and the husband of Constance, whose vengeful spirit has possessed his house, forcing him to chase people away from his house so they won’t get hurt. When Zee's boyfriend Bones later pays a visit, he recalls the time Nebbercracker stole his kite, as well as relating rumors of him cannibalizing his wife. Storyline

After some convincing, Jenny, DJ and Chowder decide to get inside the sapient house no matter the circumstances to unveil the mystery on Halloween night. DJ urges Nebbercracker to let Constance go on to the afterlife for the better.
